The project for the modernization of an existing 14,663 square foot theater facility (Building 1490). The $1.98 million project includes new finishes, fixed seating, lighting, stage and a/v equipment. Modernization also includes upgrading the toilet facilities, lobby, concession, and ticket areas which adds new construction to the existing building.
